Bring the number that has been bothering you. Consultations that do not convert, inquiries that go quiet, a marketing spend you cannot trace to a single patient, a competitor who is plainly worse than you and plainly busier. Twenty minutes is usually enough to find where it is leaking, because the answer is rarely complicated once someone is looking at the right gear.
What happens in the twenty minutes
You describe the symptom. I ask a handful of questions, most of them about numbers you already have. We work out which of the seven gears is the most likely culprit, and I tell you what I would do about it.
It is a phone call and I place it, so there is no link to find and nothing to join. You do not need to be at a computer. Book a time, leave a number, and take it wherever you happen to be.
There is no deck. There is nothing to review beforehand. If it turns out that what you need is not something I do, I will say so, and where I can I will point you at whoever does it properly.
What it is not
It is not a sales call with a diagnosis attached. Whatever we work out is yours, and most people who take one of these do not become clients, which is fine and expected. The work is worth doing on its own terms.
